We’re looking for motivated and capable engineers to help us deliver thoughtful software to achieve this vision. You'll be part of a team building out infrastructure for both internal and customer-facing applications.

What you'll be doing

    • Design, build, and help maintain the next generation of our cloud infrastructure on AWS
    • Accelerate the development and deployment of our applications with improvements to our CI/CD pipeline
    • Build tooling and write communications to help other developers self-service their needs
    • Introduce and socialize best practices in our use of monitoring, logging, and other infrastructure tools to help us maintain system reliability, performance, and security
    • Build ownership over our infrastructure processes – introducing new ones and evolving old ones

What you’ll bring to the role:

    • 10 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS in an SRE or DevOps role
    • Experience with Ruby on Rails stacks and standing up software development environments.
    • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
    • Experience in container orchestration and management using Docker
    • Experience in scripting languages such as Ruby or Python
    • Experience in compliance and governance frameworks
    • An up to date knowledge of best practices
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • A thirst for knowledge and a desire to share it
