PURVIS Systems is a technology solutions company that develops, implements, and maintains mission-critical solutions for Federal and Local Governments. We have an immediate opening for a Program Manager to support various contracts we have with our Naval Undersea Warfare Center customer.
The day to day responsibilities of this role will include:
- Manages a 6-person team comprised of technicians and IT professionals to support two on-site laboratories and a mobile laboratory.
- Manages a 2-person team in support of engineering and technical services for government client for program & post development support.
- Participates in technical project meetings with team and customers to review contract status and execution.
- Completion and tracking of all project deliverables to ensure successful project execution, as well as project status reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any technical and managerial discipline for an accredited college/university. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is a plus.
- 5 years professional experience as a Program Manager.
- 3 years of demonstrated proficiency with Electronic Warfare, Electromagnetic Warfare and Special Projects.
- Experience with government contract execution, subcontract management, budgeting, planning, estimating, and delivery/reporting.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must be able to obtain a government security clearance to the level of SECRET.
