About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager for our Core system, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PushPress. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and optimization of our Core system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS products, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences. You will be given an opportunity to drive Growth initiatives and build a market differentiated product.
What You'll Do
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Core system, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and stay informed about industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Growth Optimization: Deliver a strategic plan to grow free accounts and optimize the conversion funnel
What You'll Need
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products. Experience in the fitness or gym management industry is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from concept to launch.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Customer Focus: Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.
- Growth: Familiarity with conversion funnel optimization and growth driving initiatives
- Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies. Experience working with agile methodologies is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
