Q Bio’s clinical digital twin platform, Gemini, is the first to capture and monitor comprehensive baseline patient health in a scalable virtual model. The Gemini Dashboard highlights the most important chemical and anatomical changes in an individual weighted by an individual’s lifestyle, genetic and medical history, that can be securely shared with physicians and specialists all over the world.

Gemini is powered by the fastest, most accessible, whole body scanner developed: the Mark I. Self-driving and optimized for primary care, the Mark I can complete a whole-body scan in 15 minutes or less in an open space, without radiation, breath holds, or claustrophobia. Patient comfort is maximized with the option to sit, stand, or lie down, and real-time telemetry is displayed throughout.

The Business Development and Operations Lead will collaborate with our Product, Business, Clinical Operations, and Technical teams. This is a multi-hat role for a high-energy, organized, empathetic, and customer-oriented individual who is able to take on multiple business development and operations initiatives at a growing start-up.

Responsibilities:
You will be accountable for strengthening and planning business operations needs, lead projects in collaboration with teams across the organization to align with strategic goals. You will help own “all things business” related to our current Research Center, including vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring high standards and SLA for our services. You will take these learnings to also support new partners and lead business development initiatives. This includes a range of early commercial initiatives, including pitching and presenting to various stakeholders, sourcing new growth partners, researching and developing markets, and ensuring successful  implementations.

Qualifications include:

    • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills to multitask across priorities
    • Excellent communication, written and verbal, both upwards and downwards in an organization, and with external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated success in developing, negotiating, and supporting healthcare partnerships
    • Strong understanding / willingness to stay up to date on latest healthcare technology and industry practices
    • Strong collaborative team management skills
    • Ability to understand PnL and financial metrics and translate into actionable goals for team
    • Intellectual horsepower to drive strategies, understand tradeoffs, and prioritize accordingly
    • Thrives in high energy and collaborative environment
In the San Francisco Bay Area, the standard pay range for this role is $175,000-$215,000 annualized. This pay range is for the San Francisco Bay Area and is not applicable to locations outside of this location or for remote roles. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer significant equity and an employee-friendly stock option plan. Employees will also be eligible to participate in benefits plans available to other similarly situated employees subject to any eligibility requirements imposed by such plans.
