SUMMARY

An experienced Equipment Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and management of Wafer equipment at the new QCELLS factory in Cartersville, GA. This includes improvements for processing machines. The Equipment Engineer will be a vital member of the Maintenance & Development team and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for tasks related to equipment maintenance
    • Maintain high machine operation rates
    • Oversee the installation of new equipment and management of related installation companies
    • Handle the equipment improvement project progress and management
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment
    • Manage the inventory and usage of spare parts for equipment
    • Prepare reports for scheduled meetings
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to recognize and provide equipment failure analysis
    • Process equipment maintenance management experience
    • Requires understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical and mechanical engineering or related engineering fields
    • More than 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance management and improvement
    • Experience in carrying out equipment improvement projects
    • Electrical and mechanical license holders
    • Experience or qualifications in the semiconductor or photovoltaic industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Project management skills
    • Bilingual in Chinese or Korean preferred
