This position would be responsible for working with three internal sales teams to schedule upcoming projects, verifying the construction schedule meshes with our two construction groups. While scheduling with preconstruction to complete contracts. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Preconstruction, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is remote (Unless located in Irvine, CA) and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 20%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position; and
    • Responsibilities in this role would include, but not be limited to: 
    • Coordinate with the Preconstruction team, Sales teams, and operation teams.
    • Develop and maintain the Pipeline Schedule, Release Schedule in line with customer’s requirements and project targets.
    • Verify internal capabilities and assure they fit within the upcoming pipeline requirements.
    • Notify all required parties of upcoming projects to schedule internal workload.
    • Create timelines for incoming projects and keep sales teams aware of pipeline capabilities.
    • Monitoring active and proposed projects in the pipeline 
    • Attending weekly meetings  
    • Identifying projects that are stalled in the process. 
    • Finding solutions to move projects forward. 
    •  Developing ways to improve the current process. 
    •  Increase efficiency in the current process.
    •  Manage activities and responsibilities of the team for scheduling.
    • Coordinate with the Preconstruction team, Sales teams, and operation teams.
    • Participate in Planning related Growth programs, Strategic Plans, and key Operations Plans. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
    • 7 years of experience in Project Management or coordination
    • 7 years of renewable industry experience
    • 5 years of coordination experience
    • Basic knowledge of scheduling and forecasting 
    • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to positively influence and drive change.
    • Travel: Up to 20% as needed.
$145,000 - $170,000 a year
