Q CELLS Enable is the C&I (Commercial and Industrial) EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) arm of Qcells which is the market leading PV and battery solution provider in US and Global market. We are based in NYC and quickly expanding our footprint to all neighboring states in Northeast.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The EPC Sales Associate role is to support EPC sales managers through the entire sales process from originating opportunities and securing the contract using MS office work environment.

The ideal candidate will be who has an aspiration to grow to be a sales manager in solar & battery sector equipped with logical thinking, strategic mind and customer centric view. Previous Solar experience a plus. Strong organizational, prioritization, written and verbal communication skills, CRM and overall computer proficiency, negotiation and analytical skills, and a strong work ethic will also be important for this role. Willingness to learn and take challenges on headfirst in a dynamic fast paced environment will make the candidate successful.

This position will report to the EPC Sales Managers. This position will be located in NYC office (Manhattan) or NJ office (Bergen County) with the consideration of the candidates’ accessibility. Ideal candidates will be within commutable distance of these locations, but a flexible or hybrid working option is open.

Compensation: Base Salary ($60,000 ~ $90,000/year) + Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Continuous update of sales activities, sales pipeline database and pipeline status in the salesforce.
    • Support the identification of new clients, any preparatory work for the meeting with the clients and tracking the clients.
    • Support EPC Sales managers to generate the bidding strategies and to manage the internal and external processes.
    • Support EPC Sales managers for the entire bidding process including but not limited to the preparation and compilation of the documents, due management, and the clarifications.
    • Research and generate the required information to win EPC projects including but not limited to market prices, competitive landscapes, and regulations applicable to the project, with the cooperation with other departments.
    • All other assignments and special projects, as requested by Management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors’ Degree in Technical discipline or Business Administration is a plus;
    • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales/business development environment; experience in C&I solar industry is a plus;
    • Computer skills: Experiences in Saleforces or other CRM systems will is a plus;
    • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, solutions-building, time management, and organizational skills;
    • Excellent ability to communicate among construction, technical and non-technical personnel, both internally and outside the company; and
    • Team player and a willingness to learn;
    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment.
