The Energy Service team focuses on developing and managing cutting-edge energy service initiatives, including Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SREC) and Virtual Power Plants (VPP), across multiple states. We're currently looking for an Associate Program Operations Manager, Energy Services to support the implementation of Qcells' energy service programs. This role will take charge of business processes for program success, collaborating with stakeholders within Qcells and engaging with external partners to ensure exceptional customer experiences and value generation for all involved. This position reports to the Director of Energy Service, or another senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in San Francisco, CA and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

    • Supporting process automation and the creation of reporting.
    • Utilizing quantitative skills to analyze and report on system production data.
    • Facilitating asset registration across multiple Tracking Systems and VPP programs.
    • Educating customers on our energy services to enhance their understanding.
    • Supporting onboarding process.
    • Conducting market research on Energy Service programs.

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering field.
    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of project management experience
    • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to unfamiliar tasks and challenges.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, proficient time management and organizational skills.
    • Experience in Excel, Power Point, and process automation.
