ABOUT THE JOB
Geli (Growing Energy Labs, Inc) is looking for an enthusiastic UI Engineer who is eager to work at the forefront of the rapidly expanding energy storage industry. As an UI Engineer, you will use your expertise of front-end technologies to ensure a high quality user experience through thoughtful design, development, and implementation in a production level coding environment. This position sits within Geli’s Software Engineering team.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience with Web UI development within a production level coding environment
- Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field required preferred
- Understanding of OOAD and software design patterns
- Experience of testing at the unit, integration and system levels
- Expertise in integrating with backend cloud services
- Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency with Javascript
- Proficiency with Typescript
- Proficiency with Angular
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS/SASS
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- AngularJS
- Vue.js
- Figma/experience developing UI prototypes
- Micro Frontends
