The Team You’ll Work With
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you’ll work cross-functionally to support and drive revenue for Qloo. We are a small but mighty team of ~40, made up of passionate individuals who work hard to help clients solve real-world problems such as increasing user retention, growing sales, and improving marketing efficacy.

The Impact You’ll Have
As a B2B Demand Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in scaling our customer base and driving lead generation through strategic campaigns and programs that stretch across the entire demand gen funnel. Your focus will be on implementing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels, harnessing analytics to inform decisions, and driving initiatives that convert interest into tangible leads.

Scaling our revenue and client base means we need to build a demand generation engine that drives growth across product lines, buyer segments and personas for both prospects and customers. That’s where you come in, as you’ll look at the whole picture, from brand awareness through revenue, and develop solid campaign plans and KPIs that influence the entire funnel.

Our ideal candidate will immediately provide value by:
* Developing the strategy launching integrated marketing campaigns that span top-of-the-funnel efforts (promoted content, webinars, field events, etc.), nurturing programs (retargeting, email marketing), and bottom-of-the-funnel tactics (paid ads, conversion rate optimization), and more.
* Partnering with in-house designers to oversee the development of creative assets (both static and video) and landing pages that will resonate with target audiences and lead to high conversions.
* Establishing the frameworks and capabilities for evergreen / programmatic campaigns and spearhead strategic, time-bound campaigns that support important product launches and key seasonal moments.
* Translating business objectives focused on driving top-of-funnel growth into a marketing schedule across an array of channels.
* Identifying and signing contracts with key partners and publishers who best reach target audiences and will support critical top-of-the-funnel lead generating programs.
* Building a program to nurture Qloo’s existing partners and customers to drive repeat revenue.
* Analyzing campaign performance and deeply understanding how different programs impact funnel performance to accelerate growth, this includes shifting budgets to areas with higher returns and optimizing via testing and learning.

*Please note that this is based three days in office at Qloo’s HQ in Soho. 

To be a successful match, we are seeking a Demand Generation professional with: 
* 5+ years of experience a demand generation, strategic, or customer marketing role(s)
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
* Experience owning MQL-generating campaigns through an array of channels, including webinars, gifting, social, referral programs, email marketing, ABM, etc.
* Expectation to work in our Soho office three days a week
* Deep knowledge and ability to track metrics across the entire sales funnel from campaign engagement to MQL to SQL to Closed Won
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and project management skills
* Experience bringing customer stories to market via referral programs, case studies, community building

Our salary range for this role is: $100,000 - $140,000. Final offers may vary from the listed amount based on experience and expertise – we are open to different backgrounds and tenure for this hire and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
