The Team You’ll Work With
Reporting to the Recruiting and People Ops Lead, the Office Coordinator will play a key role in creating a cohesive, welcoming, and well-run office environment while also providing administrative support across the org. This role will work closely with our Growth Lead to ensure comprehensive administrative support for our Growth and Revenue teams, such as handling scheduling for internal team meetings and leadership meetings. You’ll get the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of teams, ensuring seamless office operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture where everyone feels valued and engaged.

The Impact You’ll Have
In this role, you will be the go-to person for anything and everything office-related, serving as a critical support system for our in-office employees, and supporting communication efforts with remote employees. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will enhance day-to-day functions, allowing team members to focus on their core responsibilities. By contributing to culture and employee experience initiatives, you will play an instrumental role in creating an environment that attracts and retains top talent. Your efforts will be essential in shaping a workplace where collaboration, creativity, and connection thrive.
Our ideal candidate will immediately provide value by:
- Becoming the consolidated go-to person for everything office related
- Coordinating office logistics, including supplies management and maintenance requests
- Handling scheduling of internal team meetings, ensuring efficient time management and coordination
- Ordering catering for lunch and other office events, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere
- Facilitating company events and activities that promote employee engagement and team building
To be a successful match, you must have:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a tech environment as an office coordinator or a recruiting coordinator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
- Hands-on mentality, belief that no task is too big or too small while prioritizing a wide variety of requests
- Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee experience
- Ability to tackle issues in the moment and anticipate future needs, a creative and outgoing nature, and a get-it-done mindset
- Extremely detail-oriented, with a knack for organization and creating scalable systems
- Event planning experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Ability to work onsite at least 4 days/week

$50,000 - $67,500 a year
