At QM we are seeking an experienced Director, Sales to join us at this exciting stage of growth. The ideal candidate is someone who's ambitious and resourceful and excited by the opportunity to build and lead our sales team.  This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you’ll be developing and managing the sales cycle and working closely with our Leadership Team. 

What You'll Do

    • Recruit, lead and develop a team of AMs, BDRs, and Solutions Consultants, applying best practices to produce maximum results
    • Lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively creating referenceable, satisfied customers
    • Develop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategy and work with the sales team toward common goals of pipeline generation
    • Manage all aspects of client selling: prospecting, consultation, building strategic proposals, relationship management, closing and transition
    • Forecast sales activity and revenue on quarterly and yearly basis
    • Support sales team in day to day activities by establishing a coaching-centered operating rhythm that helps the team qualify opportunities, define a winning strategy,  and provides a feedback loop on support and product needs 
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Quantum Mob’s services and capabilities

What You'll Bring

    • 5+ years of leadership experience in leading sales teams in a high-growth B2B technology/consulting company 
    • Expertise in consultative sales and leading and growing a world-class sales team
    • Excellent understanding of the landscape of the tech industry with a strategic mindset to manage/close complex sales cycle
    • Strong experience targeting organizations and closing 6-7 figure deals
    • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, collaborative environment and lead the generation of a multi-million dollar sales pipeline
