Join us as an Event Apprentice to streamline and enhance Qonto’s event planning and execution. You will work closely with Mélanie, our Senior Events Manager, to deliver impactful events that resonate with our customers.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Event Apprentice at Qonto, you will:

• Help in the planning and execution of Qonto’s local and national events.
• Coordinate +15 events every year (in-house, trade shows & third part events) with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all event-related requirements, cover topics as broad as how to grow & scale your business, e-invoicing, finance for entrepreneurs. Eg our Power Up! event here.
Manage all aspects of events: pre-event strategy and planning, D-Day execution, and post-event analysis.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance future events.
• Coordinate with Qonto's multiple teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to maximize event impact and align on success metrics through streamlined cross-functional collaboration.

🤝 About your future manager:

You will report directly to Mélanie, Events Manager at Qonto. With over 7 years of experience in communication & events management, Melanie has been a transformative force since joining us in February 2023. She orchestrates over 20 major events annually, targeting a diverse audience from entrepreneurs to SMEs.

With extensive experience in handling high-impact events and a deep commitment to team development, Melanie is passionate about fostering innovation and ensuring every event leaves a lasting impression.

Known for her supportive leadership style, working with her will offer you a unique opportunity for growth under the guidance of a seasoned leader dedicated to excellence in the event space.

🏅 About You:

• Pursuing or holding a third-year Bachelor's or a Master’s degree.
• You are looking for your end-of-study apprenticeship in events & communication.
• First-hand experience in event management (from internships or working with student associations) would be a plus.
• You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload with autonomy.
• You have excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and vendors.
• You speak English and French fluently.
