As a Back Office Officer Cards, you will join a team of 4 (and growing) led by Justine, Lead Banking Operations Cards, Checks, and Debtors.
You'll be pivotal in managing chargeback requests and overseeing our card and packaging stock, ensuring operational excellence and financial integrity.
π©βπ»π§βπ» As a Back Office Officer Cards, you will:
β’ Analyze and manage incoming chargeback requests (clients disputing their payment for fraud or commercial litigation) with precision and efficiency.
β’ Keep a tight rein on card and packaging stock levels to meet our needs.
β’ Foster seamless interactions with cross-functional teams, enhancing communication and collaboration.
β’ Work closely with external providers to ensure smooth operations and quality standards.
β’ Contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial and risk management processes.

Your manager will be Justine, Lead Banking Operations (Cards, Checks, Debtors)
Her path? Three years in the banking/FinTech industry, including one year as a Team Leader.
What can she bring to you? Expertise in work organization and project management. She will accompany you in your daily tasks and in achieving your goals.

About You:
β’ Analytical mindset: You like to dissect complex issues to make data-driven decisions.
β’ Experience: You are a young graduate with a first experience in back-office or Customer Support (internships included), in a banking or finance environment.
β’ Organization and rigor: Your meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
β’ Fluent in French and English: You can communicate your ideas smoothly and effectively in French and English.
β’ Team player: You thrive in cross-functional teams and excel at building relationships across departments.
