Join us as a Performance Marketing Manager at Qonto, and take charge of our push and search channels, focusing on the French market. You'll be working alongside Alicia, our Lead Performance Marketing France, to redefine the financial solution landscape for SMEs and freelancers.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Performance Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will

Manage and optimize campaigns on paid channels such as SEA, Meta, Display, LinkedIn…
Develop and implement campaign strategies tailored to the French market.
Collaborate with local marketing teams, data teams, designers & copywriters, and other Paid Acquisition Managers.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to increase our acquisition.
Take ownership of our paid search projects and tactical initiatives, driving lead acquisition for SMEs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Allocate and manage a substantial performance marketing budget, focusing on maximizing ROI across all our campaigns in France.

🤝 About your future manager:

Alicia Dassance, your future Manager at Qonto, has a rich background in fintech and a track record of scaling marketing efforts. She is known for her strategic insight and empowering leadership style. She fosters a creative and dynamic team environment, encouraging innovation and risk-taking to drive success. 

🏅About You

You have at least 4 years of experience managing search and push campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and many other ads management platforms.
You possess strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions enhancing campaign performance.
You have a proven track record in managing large budgets and developing effective campaign strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable in an international setting.
Innovative thinker with a track record of initiating and leading strategic marketing projects.
• Fluent in both French and English, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
