As part of our Partnerships team in Berlin, you will have the mission to make Qonto shine and build a partner ecosystem with the most beautiful German companies to improve our customer experience and acquisition.

You will support the growth team and senior leadership in German, ensuring that each partnership aligns perfectly with our strategic goals and contributes significantly to our growth. As a Partnerships Intern at Qonto, you will join a team of 7 talents and report directly to Marina, our Lead Partnerships.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Partnerships intern at Qonto, you will

Assess and prioritize all inbound partnership requests and ensure to reply to everybody;
Proactively identify opportunities & propose new initiatives that fit Qonto and (potential) partners‘ customers & products;
Participate in the full partnership Go-To-Market, such as storytelling, customer offer & customer journey, business model & business case, tracking, marketing & communication plans, cost & impact;
Be involved in the setup of the relevant KPIs, produce regular management reports and action plans when required, monitor KPIs and continuously improve processes to drive impact.

Their path: Marina has been with Qonto for more than three years, in which she has established a strong network and a deep understanding of the organisation‘s processes. Before joining Qonto, Marina gained several years of experience in finance and banking, being a project manager by heart while always keeping a client-first focus.

🏅About You

Education: You are studying in a Business School or in a University specialising in Business Management
Experience: You have a keen interest in business development or a previous experience in a sales environment.
Relationship skills: You thrive from building relationships and managing partnerships.
Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy, in a hyper-growth context.
Communication: You have experience in communicating and collaborating in an international environment.
Project Management: Your high level of organisation help you to manage several projects at the same time.
Languages: You speak both German and English fluently.
