β Join Qonto as a Procurement Apprentice to help shape and scale our procurement culture. Working closely with Mathurin our Procurement Expert, and Emmanuel, Lead of FP&A Expenses and Procurement, you'll be interacting daily with internal requesters from Strategy, Product, Tech, Banking, Operations, People, and Finance, as well as external suppliers.
π©βπ»π§βπ» As a Procurement Apprentice at Qonto, you will
β’ Conduct negotiations, manage contract renewals, and execute RFPs to get the best deal while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
β’ Source relevant suppliers to meet Qontoers' needs, enhancing our operational capabilities.
β’ Support the P2P admin process using Coupa, from supplier onboarding to payment completion.
β’ Drive a positive end-to-end procurement experience by support Qontoers in their procurement journey
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Account Payable, Legal or ESG teams

Hi there! I'm Mathurin, the Procurement Manager, and am super excited to welcome you to our team here at Qonto. With 10 years of experience in procurement, I've learned that the best way to grow is by sharing knowledge and empowering others to take ownership of their work. As your manager, my mission is simple: help you become fully autonomous while making sure you have all the support you need along the way.
I'm a firm believer that work should be enjoyable β after all, we spend a lot of time together! My philosophy is that there's absolutely no shame in making mistakes; they're actually our best teachers. I bring tons of energy and motivation to everything we do, and I'm genuinely passionate about watching apprentices discover their potential and develop their own procurement superpowers.

About you
β’ Education: Pursuing or completing a Master's degree in Purchasing.
β’ Proactivity: You demonstrate initiative and have a self-starter attitude.
β’ Communication: You possess excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
β’ Curiosity: Genuine interest in staying updated on industry trends and procurement innovations.
β’ Language Skills: Fluency in English and French required.
β’ Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and work with various procurement tools and processes, experience with P2P tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Workday) is a plus.
β’ Location: This role is based in Paris, France.
