As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning and leading cross-team strategic initiatives on a wide range of topics to help Qonto grow and meet its business objectives. You will also lead strategic M&A assessments to help Qonto grow even faster.

You will be highly exposed to Senior Management and work with Qonto's different teams - Growth, Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, People - and will ensure transversal coordination between them to carry out your missions.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As Strategic Project Manager at Qonto, you will:

Lead Strategic Projects: Drive a variety of cross-team strategic initiatives, including growth & pricing strategy, GTM strategy, product strategy, and operating model, from conception to implementation.
Conduct Strategic M&A Assessments: Define M&A investment theses, conduct opportunity assessments, and perform strategic due diligence to inform decision-making.
Provide Strategic Support to Leadership: Collaborate closely with the leadership team as a trusted business partner, enhancing their impact through strategic assistance and guidance.

Strategic Initiatives: Engage with high-exposure strategic topics in collaboration with Qonto's senior management team.
Strategic Plan Execution: Play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Strategic Plan, supporting Qonto in achieving its ambitious targets.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with all Qonto teams, including Growth, Product, Tech, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, scaling, and international environment with teams spread across five European countries.
Strategy Team Membership: Join a dedicated Strategy Team of 15 professionals working from France, Italy, and Germany.

🤝 About your future Manager:

Your future manager will be Cédrick, our Strategy Lead.

His background:
Before joining Qonto, Cédrick worked in Strategy Consulting with a focus on strategic planning, M&A due diligence, and growth strategies. He also had a short entrepreneurial experience co-founding a start-up in the e-commerce.
What does he bring to the team?
Cédrick brings his experience in both strategy & execution in the Fintech industry. He will support you to master your projects and continuously make you grow and learn.

🏅 About You:

Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in Payments/Fintech/Banking is a plus)
Analytical Thinker: You have an analytical spirit, enjoy complex problem-solving solving, and thrive in quantitative & financial projects
Communication Skills: You have outstanding verbal & written communication skills and you have a good ability to structure, synthesize and formalize
Project and Stakeholder Management: your drive and excellent organization skills allow you to be a strong project manager, able to break silos and coordinate cross-team initiatives. You are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Efficient and Adaptable: You can ramp up fast on new topics, navigate in complex environments, and deliver in a fast-paced manner
Conscientious: You pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions
Languages: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another European language (French, Italian, German, or Spanish) is a real plus.
