⭐ Mission: 

As a Business Developer Intern, you'll be at the forefront of Qonto's growth, turning curious prospects into happy Qonto members. You'll master the art of consultative selling while working with a supportive team that's passionate about helping businesses succeed.

The expected impact of the intern on the team is to bring energy and motivation to the solopreneur segment, which requires a human touch but does not necessitate high sales skills.
• The team believes they can train young profiles in the sales aspect required for this segment.
• The interns will also help in increasing the number of clients and improving the revenue generation of Qonto

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Business Developer Intern at Qonto, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for inbound prospects interested in Qonto's solutions
• Guide potential customers through our product offering, helping them discover the perfect fit for their business needs
• Transform leads into Qonto members by delivering personalized, value-driven experiences
• Ensure a smooth transition from sign-up to account activation
• Learn and apply best-in-class sales techniques in a supportive, tech-driven environment

🤔 What you can expect:

Team Context: The Barcelona sales hub, launched a year ago, has added Barcelona flair to sales strategy. Originally rooted in Paris, it focuses on companies with small teams of 1-9 employees. The hub also supports solopreneurs, with a team of four full-timeers and two interns.

Team Values: The Sales Team emphasize the importance of curiosity, motivation, and the ability to communicate concisely as key traits for team members. They also value coachability and a willingness to learn.

🤝 About your future manager:

Your manager will be Clément Chanut, our Lead Sales Inbound at Qonto.

His path?
With 10 years of sales experience, Clément has grown through various strategic roles from Key Account Manager to Sales Enablement Manager, before joining Qonto. He's built expertise in both individual contribution and team leadership across prominent tech companies like PayFit and Amenitiz.

What he can bring to the team?
Clément excels in creating tailored coaching programs and implementing efficient sales processes. His passion for combining sales expertise with technical solutions helps teams achieve their highest potential while driving business growth.
