Join us as a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to lead the charge in optimizing our Banking Operations and Anti-Money Laundering departments. Under Amaury's guidance, you'll plan the workforce needs and improve processes in a fast-paced environment impacting the efficiency of our operations significantly. You will also work closely with Ali, our Senior Lead Ops Engineering, and Tannia, our Head of Scalability.

β€’ Analyze and forecast workforce & financial needs on the Banking Operations and Anti Money Laundering scope (internally and externally)
β€’ Scope, manage, and deliver projects focused on process improvement to scale our activities in a cost-effective manner
β€’ Collaborate closely with all managers within the Banking Operations and Anti Money Laundering scope, finance, Ops Scalability, and Ops Engineering teams to align on strategic objectives.
β€’ Challenge existing invoices and identify opportunities for savings.

Your manager will be Amaury, our Head of Banking Operations.

β€’ His path: He started his career in a consulting firm specializing in financial services. He joined early-stage Fintech to launch payment systems. He joined Qonto 2.5 years ago to lead the Banking Operations and Anti Money Laundering teams.

β€’ You have proven experience in data analysis, financial forecasting, and project management.
β€’ Your analytical skills are top-notch, with a knack for identifying cost-saving opportunities.
β€’ You possess a high level of ownership and autonomy, capable of leading projects end-to-end.
β€’ Collaboration and communication are your strong suits, especially in cross-functional teams.
β€’ Fluent in French and English to manage both local and international stakeholders.
