As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will contribute to building a scalable Operations team, that can deliver a high customer experience and cope with the regulatory requirements, in a fast-paced environment!

Mission: Help Qonto Operations scale successfully

Context: Qonto is growing at a fast pace; we need to ensure our Operations teams grow successfully and remain a key competitive advantage

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Strategic Operations Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Manage external partnerships, lead long-term projects to scale and optimize our activities and follow up KPIs and costs
• Lead cross-team initiatives, prioritize and supporte initiatives involving Product, Data, Marketing, Strategic or People teams
• Provide ad hoc support on strategic Operations projects

🏅About You

Efficient: you are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Team player: you are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
Analytical thinker: you have an analytical spirit
Conscientious: you pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions
Communication: you have outstanding verbal & written communication skills
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in payments/Fintech is a plus)
Education: you have a Master’s degree or equivalent from a Business or Engineering school
Languages: you speak both French and English, another fluent language is a plus

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to create a strong alignment on what they will expect from you and tell you more about their way of operating
- A fully remote exercise to evaluate your abilities and give you a taste of what you could work on at Qonto
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
