Join Qonto's dynamic Legal team as a Legal Intern (Product & AI) for a 6-month internship (starting date: January 2026), where you'll dive into the cutting-edge world of fintech law. You'll work alongside Charlotte, our Head of Legal (Product & AI), to tackle diverse legal challenges in product development and emerging regulations. Your contributions will directly impact Qonto's growth and innovation in the European fintech landscape.
π©βπ»π§βπ» As a Legal Intern (Product & AI) at Qonto, you will
β’ Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts for new Qonto products, ensuring legal compliance for the launch of new features across payment and financial tool platforms.
β’ Fintech Legal expertise: You'll conduct banking law analysis and assess how they apply to Qonto products and features and will draft customer contracts for them.
β’ AI Regulatory Expertise: Analyze and apply emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act, ensuring Qonto's AI implementations comply with transparency, fairness, and accountability requirements.
β’ Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure legal compliance while supporting business objectives (especially Regulatory, Product, Strategy, and Growth).
β’ Proactive Legal Management: Contribute to the team's proactive approach in addressing legal priorities efficiently.

About You
β’ Education: You have a Master 2 Degree in French Business law and/or you have passed the bar exam and are looking for your PPI internship
β’ Experience: You have previous internship or work experience in tech, fintech, or banking sectors
β’ Skills: Strong contract negotiation and drafting abilities
β’ Knowledge: Familiarity with banking, payments, and data protection regulations
β’ Attributes: Proactive, curious, and business-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
β’ Languages: You are fluent in both French and English. Mastery of another European language is a definite plus
