As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to generate as many relevant opportunities as possible for the Sales team. Thus, you will have a key role in our outbound acquisition strategy!

You will join a team composed of Account Executives, Business Developers, SDRs, and Key Account Managers skyrocketing the German Market!


πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» As a Sales Development Representative at Qonto, you will

β€’ Generate Outbound opportunities for the Account Executive team by identifying, contacting, advising, and qualifying companies
β€’ Prospect companies within Qonto’s target profile by scrapping the correct decision-makers to help Qonto expand its portfolio of clients.
β€’ Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to communicate with customers
β€’ Conduct discovery surveys to qualify or disqualify prospects as potential customers.
Use your perfect German language & presentation skills to convince potential customers to participate in a product demonstration
β€’ Use prospects' feedback and insights to adjust your pitch and communication approach continuously
β€’ Collaborate with our Account executive and provide them with valuable information that will help him to close deals
β€’ Ensure a smooth handover of prospects to guarantee a very good customer experience
β€’ Participate in events to proactively approach new clients.

🀝 About your future manager

You will join the Sales team led by Masha, our Head of Sales & Partnership, Germany
β€’ Her path: With an academic background in Economics and Marketing, Masha has always been interested in learning how to use communication to persuade business decisions beginning with marketing roles and then moved to client facing roles. She has several years of experience working in large corporations, then the startup and scale-up ecosystem - where she had her first exposure into sales, and much later consulting - where she was introduced to SaaS, still in the area of sales.
β€’ What they can bring to you: Masha is an experienced leader in the commercial space. She has vast experience in sales processes and customer communication. She is known for her ability to motivate her team and drive success. Working with her is a strong learning opportunity for every new Qontoer.

β€’ Languages: A perfect command of German is a must. Additional knowledge of English and other European languages is a nice to have.
β€’ Experience: You have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role.
β€’ Resilience: You are combative and you love challenges;
β€’ Communication skills: You are able to listen and communicate with external and internal partners; Your spoken and written communication is clear and convincing.
β€’ Software skills:  Ideally, you have already used Salesforce or another CRM. It’s a plus if you know how to work with data enrichment tools, such as Kaspr, Lusha, Clearbit, Sales Navigator, etc.
