Join us as a Salesforce Engineer and contribute to our mission of empowering Qonto's Growth channels and achieving robust and scalable revenue growth through best-in-class systems and technologies. You'll be part of a +15-person Growth Ops team that thrives by developing Qonto's technological edge.
You'll work closely with Julien, our Growth Operations Engineer Lead, and participate in developing solutions that bring Qonto and our growth engine to the next level. The technology solutions you'll build will directly impact how we scale our growth channels and create new levels of efficiency across our marketing and sales operations.
π©βπ»π§βπ» As a Salesforce Engineer, you will:
β’ Design and craft solutions to our most pressing growth challenges, collaborating with Product Managers on complex business problems, and participating in both theoretical resolution and coding the final solutions
β’ Develop primarily on Salesforce using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL to build scalable systems that support our growth channels
β’ Work beyond Salesforce scope on data modelling, job orchestration, and broader MarTech initiatives as our team evolves
β’ Build robust, maintainable solutions that handle the non-linear nature of development while managing potential adjustments and stakeholder involvement
β’ Contribute to team growth and culture by participating in technical maturation, knowledge sharing, and helping establish standards that advance our team

β’ Collaborative approach: You'll work in a PM-Engineer setup where PMs define problems and constraints, and you resolve and build solutions within those constraints
β’ Working a cutting-edge growth stack: primarily focusing on the Salesforce environment, and expanding beyond to other solutions (AI-enabled, CDP, Modern data stackβ¦)

π€ About your future manager:
Your manager will be Julien, our Growth Operations Engineer Lead.
β’ His path? Julien has built a unique career bridging finance and technology. He started in financial control before transitioning into the Salesforce ecosystem at JobTeaser, where he spent 5 years growing from Administrator to Lead Salesforce, managing a team of 5 people and owning the development roadmap. After leading operations at Libeo (B2B payments specialist), he joined Qonto in February 2024 as our Growth Operations Engineer Lead, where he now focuses on scaling our growth technology stack and building engineering excellence within our 6-person Growth Ops Engineering team.
β’ What can he bring to the team? Julien combines deep technical Salesforce expertise with strong business understanding and proven leadership experience. Having managed both technical teams and complex Salesforce architectures, he knows how to mentor engineers while keeping sight of business impact. His background in finance gives him a unique perspective on growth metrics and operational efficiency that's invaluable in the Growth Ops context. He's passionate about establishing development best practices, fostering team growth, and building scalable solutions that drive real business results.

About You:
β’ Salesforce expertise: 3-4 years of Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Salesforce functionalities, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL - these are essential
β’ Developer profile: You're technically capable of development (not just admin/functional)
β’ Team collaboration: You understand that engineers and PMs work together, respect standards while being able to challenge them
β’ Problem-solver: You can work within processes and frameworks while maintaining speed and efficiency
β’ Growth environment fit: You're comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments, but can adapt to more structured team operations
