Join our newly created Pricing & Packaging function at Qonto to drive our revenue growth across Europe.
Working closely with Paolo, our Head of Pricing & Packaging, you'll shape and implement pricing strategies that maximize value for both our customers and business.
π©βπ»π§βπ» As a Pricing Expert at Qonto, you will:
β’ Support the implementation of Qonto's pricing strategy, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing customer base monetization
β’ Lead end-to-end pricing experiments and analyses to optimize our subscription tiers and feature packaging
β’ Build data-driven frameworks to measure price elasticity and identify revenue optimization opportunities
β’ Partner with Product, Finance, and Growth teams to execute pricing initiatives that drive sustainable growth
β’ Support strategic projects, dedicating 80% to pricing initiatives and 20% to broader growth opportunities

π€ About your future manager:
His path? Paolo brings extensive knowledge in Pricing Strategy and Revenue Optimization, having previously worked in leading Multinationals across Europe within different industries. Thanks to these experiences, he developed a sound understanding of Pricing architecture within the subscription packages space.
What he can bring to the team? As the leader of Qonto's newly created Pricing & Packaging function, Paolo is building a team focused on identifying market best-practices and implementing added value initiatives that maximize Revenues. He will oversee the activities by providing continuous support and feedback, both key elements enabling further development. His experience in managing complex Monetization projects across multiple markets will be valuable in guiding the team towards success.

About You:
β’ Pricing Knowledge: Direct experience with pricing projects, revenue impact simulations, go-to-market activities, and monetization efforts, with a pragmatic approach when needed of at least 3 years.
β’ Analytical Excellence: Strong quantitative skills with experience in pricing analytics, customer segmentation, and revenue modeling
β’ Business Acumen: Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
β’ Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive growth
β’ Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams
β’ Tools: Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
