Join Qonto as a People Analytics Manager and play a pivotal role in harnessing data to drive our business forward. You will work closely with the Head of People Transformation, and the People Operations team to audit current data practices, build insightful dashboards, proactively drive ad hoc analysis, and meet the data needs of our stakeholders.

β€’ Conduct a comprehensive audit of current data practices and key metrics within the People team.
β€’ Collaborate with team members to create and improve dashboards that provide actionable insights.
β€’ Build proactive analysis and develop models to support strategic decision-making.
β€’ Utilize HRIS software to manage and report on HR data effectively.
β€’ Lead data-related projects with a proactive approach.

Marie Huet, our Head of People Transformation, has been with Qonto since March 2024. She ensures that Qonto's organization scales effectively and efficiently, leading operating model topics including M&A integration and change management. With a rich background in strategic planning, business prioritization, and performance monitoring, Marie brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Swile, TheFork, and Accenture Strategy. Her leadership style is collaborative and innovative, making her a valuable mentor for your journey at Qonto.

β€’ Strong analytical skills with experience in creating models and forecasts to drive business insights.
β€’ Proficiency in HRIS software, notably Workday and data visualization tools - Workday experience is a must.
β€’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
β€’ Good business acumen and understanding of HR related topics.
β€’ A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
β€’ A deep curiosity about AI and cutting-edge analytics tools.
