β’ Join us as an Inbound Sales Representative for the German market to transform solopreneurs and micro-enterprises into successful Qonto customers, converting 30-40 daily leads with a 30% conversion target while pioneering our expansion into this underserved segment. Under the guidance of Mattia Ferrario, our Inbound Sales Lead, you'll directly contribute to Qonto's market expansion in Germany, focusing specifically on freelancers and 0-employee businesses who need modern banking solutions tailored to their unique needs.

β’ You will work closely with Mattia Ferrario, our Inbound Sales Lead, and join a newly assembled team that will establish Qonto's presence in the German solopreneurs market. Your success will directly contribute to Qonto's expansion strategy, helping thousands of freelancers and micro-enterprises access modern banking solutions tailored to their unique needs.
π©βπ»π§βπ» As a Inbound Sales Representative Germany at Qonto, you will
β’ Convert high-volume inbound leads into customers - Handle 30-40 new German leads daily, making approximately 80 calls per day to achieve a 30% conversion rate from solopreneurs and micro-enterprises
β’ Master the solopreneurs segment - Become the expert in serving freelancers and 0-employee businesses, understanding their specific banking needs, regulatory requirements, and business challenges
β’ Guide customers through the full sales cycle - From initial contact to account opening, providing consultative support and addressing concerns about switching from traditional German banks
β’ Leverage sales automation tools - Work with email sequences and sales automation while maintaining the personal touch needed to build trust with prospects
β’ Provide market feedback - Share insights from customer interactions to help improve our product offerings and sales approach for the German market

β’ Pioneer a new market segment - Be part of establishing Qonto's presence in the German solopreneurs market, working in a "start-up within the scale-up" environment in our Barcelona hub
β’ Market Context - Join a newly assembled inbound sales team focusing on a previously externalized segment, with experienced sales professionals already handling the micro-business segment (1-9 employees)
β’ Data-driven approach - Work with clear KPIs including lead response time targets (5 minutes after form completion), conversion metrics, and volume targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
β’ Cutting-edge tools - Master Outreach, Aircall, Modjo, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator to enhance your customer interactions and track performance
β’ International collaboration - Work closely with outbound sales, marketing, and customer success teams across our European markets while being based in our dynamic Barcelona office

β’ You'll report to Mattia Ferrario, our Inbound Sales Lead, who brings extensive experience in scaling sales operations across European markets. Mattia is passionate about developing talent and building high-performing teams, and will provide you with the coaching and support needed to excel in this pioneering role.

About You
β’ Sales Experience - You have a successful track record in business development or inbound sales, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, with proven ability to meet conversion targets
β’ Communication Excellence - Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills enable you to build trust quickly with German business owners and guide them through complex financial decisions
β’ High-Volume Performance - You thrive in fast-paced environments, can handle 80+ calls per day while maintaining quality, and have demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
β’ Adaptability & Coachability - You're eager to learn, quick to adapt to new tools and processes, and open to feedback as we refine our approach to this new market segment
β’ Language Fluency - You are fully fluent in both German and English, enabling you to communicate seamlessly with prospects and our international team
