⭐ Join us as a Marketing Intern to support our Growth Marketing team in executing targeted campaigns for solo entrepreneurs and micro businesses across France. You'll play a key role in coordinating multi-channel marketing initiatives while supporting major go-to-market launches, including our upcoming e-invoicing preparation for 2026.

β€’ Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across paid acquisition, social media, press, and brand channels to drive awareness and acquisition for solo and micro businesses
β€’ Support go-to-market launches for key projects including e-invoicing preparation for 2026, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment
β€’ Manage business-as-usual marketing activities by setting up and following up on campaigns, monitoring performance across all channels, and maintaining operational excellence
β€’ Liaise with external partners including press teams and magazines, providing clear briefs and managing content delivery to ensure brand consistency
β€’ Create dashboards, extract and synthesize data, and provide performance recommendations to track segment success

β€’ You'll work specifically on marketing campaigns targeting solo entrepreneurs and micro businesses, gaining deep expertise in this dynamic market segment that represents the future of European business
β€’ From campaign conception to performance analysis, you'll see the complete marketing lifecycle and understand how different channels work together to drive business results
β€’ Starting with operational tasks, you'll quickly gain autonomy to manage dedicated projects and coordinate complex launches with multiple stakeholders
β€’ Work closely with brand, media, paid acquisition, and social media teams, plus external press partners, giving you exposure to all aspects of marketing coordination
β€’ Embrace and experiment with AI tools daily to enhance your work efficiency and evolve how marketing campaigns are executed

Alicia manages the solo and micro business segment within our Growth Marketing team. Her leadership style emphasizes autonomy and growth - she'll provide you with guidance while giving you the freedom to manage dedicated projects and gain exposure to the full marketing scope. You'll learn from someone who understands both the strategic vision and operational excellence needed to succeed in fast-paced marketing environments.

β€’ You have demonstrated ability to organize events or coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders, showing strong organizational and time management skills
β€’ You communicate clearly and effectively in both French (preferred) and English (mandatory)
β€’ You have basic understanding of marketing concepts and terminology, ideally through studies or previous experience in marketing-related projects
β€’ You're a quick learner who can rapidly acquire new technical skills and adapt to new marketing tools and platforms (Notion experience is a plus)
β€’ You maintain rigorous standards and deliver quality work on time, even when managing multiple concurrent projects, with strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
β€’ You have a genuine interest in entrepreneurs, micro businesses, solo professionals, and the fintech sector
β€’ You can effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
β€’ You bring team spirit, clear communication skills, and strong motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment
