β€’ Build brand awareness and establish Qonto's positioning within the Dutch SME market through strategic content initiatives spanning multiple formats;
β€’ Support the launch of awareness campaigns and our integration into the local ecosystem through events, partnerships, press relations, and community management;
β€’ Lead adaptation of global content for Dutch audiences while maintaining quality and market relevance;
β€’ Drive acquisition and usage through innovative content approaches with full autonomy to deliver measurable results;
β€’ Manage complex multi-format campaigns from strategic planning through execution and performance analysis.

You'll report to Hannah, who will guide you through the critical first phase of launching Qonto in the Netherlands market.
Hannah brings valuable experience in supporting content marketing initiatives and will provide the strategic direction and mentorship needed to establish Qonto's brand presence in the Dutch market.
She's committed to empowering team members with the autonomy to drive results while ensuring alignment with Qonto's global content excellence standards.
Hannah will work closely with you to navigate the unique challenges of market entry and help you build the foundation for long-term success in this exciting new market.

β€’ Experience: 5–10 years content marketing experience with proven market entry/expansion success;
β€’ Language mastery: Native Dutch speaker, bilingual English, German a plus;
β€’ Strategic leadership: Demonstrated ability of leading large-scale content initiatives with measurable engagement targets;
β€’ Stakeholder management: Strong experience with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
β€’ Data-driven innovation: Track record using performance analysis to optimize strategies with proactive experimentation approach.
