Join us as Head of Inbound Sales to lead the next phase of our inbound sales channel, centralizing operations in Barcelona and driving our evolution from a business banking provider to a comprehensive financial management solutions provider. β€’ Lead the strategic centralization of our inbound sales teams in Barcelona, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members.
β€’ Develop and implement a tailored sales methodology that aligns with Qonto's unique position in the fintech market.
β€’ Critically assess our mix of in-house and external sales functions, optimizing our approach to lead management.
β€’ Spearhead the hiring and development of a world-class inbound sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
β€’ Utilize advanced analytics to continuously refine our sales processes, increasing efficiency and conversion rates.

β€’ Experience: Proven track record in leading inbound sales functions, with hands-on experience in fintech or related B2B SaaS environments.
β€’ Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to harness sales data for strategic decisions.
β€’ Leadership: Exceptional ability to coach and develop sales leads and managers, with a focus on nurturing talent.
β€’ Adaptability: The agility to tailor sales strategies to diverse markets, backed by experience in at least two of Qonto's primary markets.
β€’ Tech Fluency: A comfortable and competent user of contemporary sales and marketing technologies.
