As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will join the People Development team that is responsible for building a fast-growing team that supports Qonto's ambition!
You will support the business growth by acting as a strategic partner and suggesting new Comp & Ben action plans, which will attract and retain our talents.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Comp & Ben Manager at Qonto, you will:
• Upgrade our current compensation and benefits by evaluating and modifying existing policies, and procedures that comply with current legislation;
• Implement workday compensation module to define employee compensation within Qonto;
• Participate to develop new compensation & benefits programs such as profit-sharing, incentives, employee wellness, and performance management programs within our comp & ben strategy;
• Strategy Development by implementing strategic approaches to align Qonto’s compensation policies with market expectations;
• Support the People team from hiring to talent retention by giving them the right benchmarks and guidelines;
• Prepare and follow the budgets, reports, and salaries reviews;
• Be a sparring partner to define our tooling and automation strategy, and implement pivotal changes to better equip the people team.

🤝 About your future Manager
Your manager will be Bénédicte, our Head of People Development.
• Her background:
Bénédicte worked 10 years at Orange before joining Qonto. She has experienced different kinds of HR roles & positions (HRBP, Human Resources Director) and has worked on several additional topics (such as mergers and acquisitions & organizational changes)
She joined Qonto in 2022 as Head of People Development and is currently leading a team of 15+ People (People Business partners, Talent & Learning Program managers, Compensation and benefits manager) across all our European markets (🇫🇷🇩🇪🇮🇹🇪🇸🇷🇸)
• What does she bring to the team?
Thanks to her strong HR experience, Bénédicte is now focusing on scaling our people development team in order to support the business with the right level of quality in all areas (delivery, organization, and tooling).
Passionate about all HR-related topics, she is dedicated to her team and aims to provide a five-star HR experience to everyone at Qonto.
🏅 About You
• Experience: You have a first significant experience as a Comp & Ben Manager, Data Analyst, or equivalent;
• Ownership: You successfully lead projects from A to Z and have the ability to get things done and engage the people you work with;
• Workday Expertise: You've past experience implementing workday compensation module;
• Creativity: You are proactive in proposing and implementing new concepts, in a fast-paced environment that demands constant innovation;
• Communication: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
• Languages: You speak English (and French, Italian, German or Spanish is a plus).
