⭐ Mission :

Lead and scale Qonto's Product Analytics team to embed data-driven decision making across our 70+ Product Managers organization. You'll transform how we leverage data to drive product strategy, establishing an experimentation culture and providing actionable insights that directly impact our 400,000+ customers' experience.

As the first senior leadership hire in Product Analytics, you'll have the opportunity to shape the analytics function from the ground up, working closely with Daniele, VP Data to build a world-class analytics capability that supports Qonto's ambitious growth trajectory.

β€’ Build and scale the Product Analytics team from 4 to 6-7 analysts within 12 months, establishing clear career paths and development frameworks
β€’ Establish trusted strategic partnerships with Product and Tech leadership, becoming the go-to analytics partner for product decision making across 70+ PMs
β€’ Own and implement scalable A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, driving a culture of hypothesis-driven product development
β€’ Transform analytics from reactive reporting to proactive business problem solving, helping PMs understand user behavior and product performance
β€’ Establish best practices, standardized KPIs, and self-service dashboards that enable product teams to make data-driven decisions independently

You'll report to Daniele, VP Data, who brings deep expertise in scaling data organizations at high-growth companies. Daniele is passionate about building data-driven cultures and has a track record of developing analytics leaders. He'll provide you with the strategic context and support needed to establish Product Analytics as a key strategic function at Qonto, while giving you the autonomy to shape the team's direction and impact.

β€’ Analytics leadership experience: 3+ years managing product analytics teams with proven ability to scale analytics functions and develop talent.
β€’ Product analytics expertise: Deep hands-on experience with tools like Amplitude and Google Analytics, with strong understanding of product metrics and user behavior analysis
β€’ Experimentation mastery: 3+ years designing and running A/B tests with solid understanding of causal inference and statistical significance.
β€’ Stakeholder influence: Proven track record of building trusted partnerships with senior Product Managers and executives, with ability to challenge assumptions using data
β€’ Strategic mindset: Experience transforming analytics from reactive reporting to proactive business problem solving, with ability to identify and prioritize high-impact analytics initiatives
