Video content is becoming increasingly important in our overall marketing strategy at Qonto, so we’re looking for someone to support the team and manage video projects across the funnel, from boosting awareness and conversion to feature education and user engagement.

You’ll join the Global Content team within the Marketing department, and work with multiple teams across the company: from brand, design, product marketing, and employer branding, to social media, local marketing, and acquisition.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Video Project Manager at Qonto, you will:

Deliver multiple high-quality videos every quarter: From digital ads and feature launch campaigns to client testimonials and product tutorials, you’ll partner with lots of teams to cover a range of topics and formats;

Scale Qonto’s video capabilities: As a key part of our video content pillar, you’ll improve and increase our output with the support of external agencies, internal content creators, and designers;

Manage video projects: Take the lead in setting clear processes, as well as ideation, coordinating briefs, production schedules, and key stakeholders to oversee the production of videos that meet Qonto’s high-quality standards and business goals.

Innovation: You have big ideas but also aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. In doing so, you'll join a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and integrity, providing the perfect environment to turn those ideas into reality;

Ownership: You’ll be an internal expert for video projects, supporting our marketing vision by delivering consistent, high-quality output that aligns with our business goals to make the biggest impact at Qonto;

Autonomy and impact: You decide how to best structure your time, accomplish your objectives, and support other teams with theirs through video content.

🤝 About your future manager

You’ll report directly to Kim, our Head of Global Content.

Their path: Kim’s professional experience spanning film, fashion, beauty, luxury, and tech is as diverse as her international background (Manila, Hong Kong, New York, Singapore, Paris) — but always with an emphasis on storytelling. A former journalist and magazine editor, she pivoted from publishing to content consulting for luxury brands, and spent 4 years leading brand and communications for tech startup Getaround in Europe before joining Qonto.

What they can bring to you: Through her past leadership roles in media, marketing, branding, and design, Kim brings expertise from over 12 years of crafting compelling stories about and for brands. She’s a strong advocate for the impact that engaging and relevant content can have on business, and will be the ideal thought partner to challenge your ideas, keep you customer-focused, and push you creatively.

🏅About You

Experience: You have 2-3 years of relevant experience managing video content in a fast-paced environment ideally in-house for a brand, at a production or digital marketing agency, or in the creative services department of a media company;

Video expertise: You’re passionate about video as a content and storytelling medium and have strong knowledge of the full production process, from scripting and storyboarding to lighting, editing, and sound mixing. Being able to shoot and edit your own videos with technical proficiency would be an advantage;

Project management: You’re able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying on top of deadlines and budgets, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and resolving technical and creative issues as needed;

Communication skills: You speak and write English fluently (French, German, Spanish, or Italian would be a plus). You’re clear and concise when collaborating with others, and can articulate creative concepts and feedback in an easily understandable way.
