Join us as a Business Development & Partnerships Lead (NL) to establish and grow strategic partnerships that will accelerate Qonto's expansion in the Netherlands market. You'll be the driving force behind building our partnership ecosystem from the ground up, identifying and securing key alliances that will help us serve Dutch SMEs and freelancers. This position is based remotely from the Netherlands.
As our first dedicated partnerships professional in the Netherlands, you will work closely with Stefanie, our Senior Partnerships Business Developer, while being embedded with our Netherlands team to ensure deep market understanding and seamless execution.
π©βπ»π§βπ» As a Business Development & Partnerships Lead (NL) at Qonto, you will:
β’ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and map the most strategic partnership opportunities in the Dutch market
β’ Build and manage a robust partnership pipeline with a target of signing several strategic partnerships
β’ Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations from initial outreach through contract signing
β’ Drive brand building initiatives through partnership channels, increasing Qonto's visibility in the Netherlands business ecosystem
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure partnership integrations align with business objectives

Your manager will be Stefanie Dorster, our Senior Partnerships Business Developer.
β’ Her path? Stefanie brings 8+ years of strategic partnerships expertise across fintech and financial services. She progressed from Standard & Poor's in London through roles at London Stock Exchange Group and fintech companies like Elinvar and Mollie, before joining Qonto in 2023 to build strategic partner channels with tax advisory and consulting firms in Germany.
β’ What she can bring to the team? Stefanie combines deep financial services knowledge with hands-on fintech partnership experience, uniquely positioning her to guide your success in building strategic alliances. Her track record of building partner channels from scratch provides proven frameworks, while her international background across London and Berlin brings valuable cross-cultural perspective to help you navigate the Netherlands market effectively.

About You
β’ Experience: 3-4+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, ideally within banking/fintech, SaaS, or consulting
β’ Language Skills: Native-level Dutch speaker with excellent English proficiency
β’ Market Knowledge: Understanding of Dutch business landscape and B2B relationship navigation
β’ Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify mutually valuable partnership opportunities and structure beneficial deals
β’ Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrive in ambiguous environments and excited about establishing Qonto's partnership presence in a new market
