Join us as a Consolidation Manager to spearhead the creation of our consolidation department. You'll work closely with Marjorie, our Head of Accounting and consolidation, guiding Qonto through its most critical financial consolidation phase.


πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» As a Consolidation Specialist at Qonto, you will:

IΒ° Consolidation:
β€’ Internalize Qonto IFRS consolidation, currently managed by our external provider
β€’ Implement the quarterly Qonto IFRS consolidation (changing scope, intercompany reconciliation, Cashflow Statement, Equity, OCI, IFRS entries)
β€’ Define the closing calendar and the closing instructions, and share them with the Accounting and FP&A teams
β€’ Produce the Qonto IFRS consolidated financial statements (including disclosures)
β€’ Coordinate the audit of the IFRS consolidated financial statements

IIΒ° Accounting standards: 
β€’ Monitor IFRS accounting regulations for Qonto, foreseeing impacts on budgeting and long-term plans (in particular IFRS 9)
β€’ Support the finance teams in understanding and implementing IFRS standards
β€’ Implement and keep updated the accounting group standard manual

IIIΒ° Ad-hoc projects:
β€’ Realise the annual impairment test (Goodwill)
β€’ Lead the integration of future M&A targets into our consolidation practices, ensuring alignment with IFRS and French GAAP
β€’ Participate in the foreseeing impact of any operational development (new features, new product launch, etc.)
β€’ Participate in the implementation of a new ERP

β€’ Experience in financial consolidation within a listed company or large family group
β€’ Proficiency in IFRS & French GAAP, with a solid background in audit and financial reporting
β€’ Demonstrated ability to build or significantly contribute to a consolidation department
β€’ Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts in simple terms
β€’ Proactive and autonomous, with a knack for problem-solving and cross-departmental collaboration
β€’ Fluent in both French and English
