As a member of the Global Marketing Team, directly reporting to our Global Marketing & Comms Director, Marion, your mission is to drive the creation, implementation, buying, and measurement of the awareness media strategies across our 4 European markets: France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Global Marketing Media Lead at Qonto, you will :
Lead Qonto’s media strategy (excl. acquisition and performance), including budget forecasting, process implementation, local/global coordination, and performance monitoring and reporting;
Oversee the offline and online campaign team in managing and negotiating local buying of all media spaces guaranteeing media costs optimization and best in class media activations delivery
Leverage market mix modeling, attribution analysis, and other drive to web analytic tools to deeply understand and drive optimization of media ROI;
Build and maintain strong relationships with our key media partners - review capabilities and deliverables against set targets to provide solid ROI. Ensure that Qonto is receiving best in class strategy recommendation and implementation to drive incremental growth
Lead and manage day-to-day interactions with global and local stakeholders to ensure media investments and business objectives align;
Adapt media presentations and reporting for local/global marketing teams and leadership teams;

🤝 About your future manager:

• Their background: You will directly report to Marion, our Global Marketing and Communications Director, with extensive experience in marketing and brand building, known for her collaborative leadership style and dedication to mentorship. She brings a wealth of knowledge in leveraging customer insights for strategic decision-making.

🏅About You
7 to 10 years of experience with an ideal mix of marketing, media, and analytics;
Full competency on all media channels (digital, OOH, TV, radio, etc.) and ability to evaluate media plans against strategy as well as efficiency/strength;
Strong coordination skills to lead/manage complex media plan/executions as well as a complex global organization structure;
Solid analytic skills and ability to communicate results in a simplified and actionable manner;
Ability to work both autonomously and proactively with an acute attention to detail;
Proven track record of managing a team of experienced marketing managers
Languages: French + English (full professional proficiency).
