As the Head of People Operations, you will be responsible for defining and driving our People Operations and Payroll strategy in line with Qonto's ambitious growth trajectory across Europe. Reporting to Sarah (Chief People Officer), you will oversee a 10+ FTE team and together, you will improve our operational excellence, process scalability, and compliance to ensure seamless operations for our 1,600+ international Qontoers.

β€’ Strategy: Define, implement, and scale Qonto's People Operations strategy across our 8 markets (FR, DE, IT, ES, BE, NL, AUT, PT) and 5 offices (Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Milan and Belgrade);
β€’ Project Management: Support the ongoing implementation of Workday and future complex initiatives (ie. process improvements, system migrations, potential M&A/PMIs);
β€’ Delivery: Improve Qonto's standards, processes, compliance, and data approach to maximize quality, reduce lead times and costs;
β€’ Management: Lead/grow the People Operations and Payroll teams (10+FTE) to maximize autonomy, and expertise without trading it off for performance;
β€’ Collaboration: Partner with other key People functions and transversally (e.g. Finance) to ensure smooth coordination on critical processes or in managing sensitive cases.

β€’ Her background. Sarah joined Qonto in 2017, as the first member of the HR team. In 7 years at Qonto, Sarah has built a People team of over 80 members and counting. Her department ensures that the best talents are correctly onboarded in line with the company's mission and that more than 1,600 Qontoers enjoy the best possible working experience.

β€’ Labor Law: In-depth knowledge of French labour laws and international HR compliance.

β€’ Languages: Fluency in English. Any other language is a plus.
