About the Role:
Join us as our Demand & Customer Replenishment Planner and play a pivotal role in optimising inventory availability to meet customer demand seamlessly. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our products reach our B2B channels effectively.

Utilising tools like the Logility Supply Chain Planning Platform, you'll craft robust demand forecasts, ensuring the right products are available at the right time, every time. As the owner of the monthly demand forecast for our products and major B2B clients globally, you'll have a direct impact on our success.

As a key contributor to our Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive forecast accuracy, and contribute to shaping the future of Quad Lock's Sales & Operations Planning process.



What You'll Do:

    • Ensure ongoing compliance with OHS policies and procedures 
    • Use Logility to review, revise, and present demand forecasts for short, medium, and long-term periods
    • Develop demand plans across all customer demand channels
    • Partner with account managers and customers to agree on rolling 6-month forecasts to maximise sales and deliver agreed DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) targets to customers
    • Review monthly orders for B2B customers and provide feedback to our Sales Team on supply challenges
    • Assist the Sales Team with forecasts for nominated customers for the next 3 months
    • Maintain Logility master data fields for accurate forecasts
    • Review forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement
    • Utilise demand planning tools, statistical models, and forecasting techniques to improve forecast accuracy and reliability
    • Support sales and operations planning processes with timely demand forecasts
    • Communicate forecast updates, risks and insights to stakeholders
    • Drive process improvements for demand planning efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain forecast accuracy
    • Provide forecasts to factories and the Logistics Team for production and capacity planning
    • Identify opportunities to improve stock availability while managing inventory levels

What You'll Bring to the Role:

    • Proven experience in demand planning, replenishment, or supply chain management, preferably in a global multi-channel e-commerce or retail environment
    • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, statistical modelling, and forecasting techniques
    • Proficiency in demand planning tools/software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, JDA Demand Planning) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Strong negotiation skills with experience in collaborating with retail and distributors to enhance forecasting and drive sales growth
    • Knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory management principles, and supply chain best practices
    • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to continuous improvement
    • Proficiency in analyzing key inventory, availability, stock turn, and forecast accuracy reports, and providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Genuine team player with a knack for collaboration across various stakeholder groups
    • Tertiary qualifications within business management, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
