Key Responsibilities:

    • Design Mastery: Create electrical drawings, control systems, and schematics for heavy industrial electro-mechanical equipment using AutoCAD Electrical.
    • Innovative Solutions: Design and implement cutting-edge industrial motor control systems.
    • Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to meet project requirements and industry standards.
    • Expertise Utilization: Apply your knowledge of AC and DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to optimize equipment performance.
    • Standards Adherence: Ensure all designs comply with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) guidelines.
    • Technical Support: Provide support during the manufacturing process, troubleshooting electrical systems as needed.
    • Documentation Precision: Maintain accurate records of design specifications, revisions, and project progress.

Qualifications:

    • Educational Background: Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Drafting/Design, CADD, or a related field.
    • Experience: Over 3 years of experience in creating electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in industrial motor control systems and manufacturing electro-mechanical products/equipment.
    • Expertise: In-depth experience with both AC and DC motors and VFDs.
    • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with NEC and UL guidelines.
