About the Role
We are seeking 8 Utility Operators to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong industrial or manufacturing background who want to advance their careers in a stable, growth-oriented environment. You will be trained to operate heavy equipment and perform material handling duties while ensuring accuracy and safety in production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and oxyacetylene torches safely and effectively
- Handle materials and support production operations
- Use gauges, calipers, and tape measures to ensure precision and quality
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies
- Work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in metals, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments is preferred
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment is a plus

What You’ll Do
- Cut and bundle steel to meet custom orders
- Operate saws, cranes, forklifts, and conveyors
- Perform quality checks and follow ASTM standards
- Keep your area clean and organized (5S)
- Communicate clearly with your team and follow safety rules
What You Need
- 1–3 years of industrial or production experience
- Forklift and/or crane experience
- Ability to pass entrance and fit-for-duty exams
- Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and operate equipment
