About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Engineer to join our dynamic Research & Development team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in mechanical or chemical engineering and experience in experimental testing, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in advancing product innovations and supporting strategic technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and execute testing activities to support product development goals.
    • Design and manage test plans, timelines, and experimental approaches.
    • Analyze data and collaborate with senior R&D members to evaluate results and feasibility.
    • Participate in project reviews and present technical findings to internal stakeholders.
    • Stay current with advancements in automotive and fuels technology, as well as market trends.
    • Promote and adhere to safety procedures in all laboratory and work activities.
    • Ensure documentation meets ISO and quality system standards.
    • Support intellectual property activities such as patent filings and competitive reviews.
    • Represent the organization at technical conferences and industry events.

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a research and development environment.
    • Proven ability to analyze technical data and communicate effectively across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a related technical field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
