Duration: Full time, Contract to Hire
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift are available
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hr. (Depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks according to project specifications and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the finished products. This position requires expertise in welding and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using various welding processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Always follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- AWS D1.1 Certification is mandatory.
- Previous experience in welding.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony + sex offender)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)
- Applicants for employment must be U.S. Citizens or national, U.S. permanent residents (i.e., current Green Card holders), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
