We are looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Recruiters to join our dynamic 4-person IT recruitment team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, with a particular emphasis on candidate sourcing and recruitment administration.

IT Recruitment & Sourcing

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Recruiters to understand IT job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
    • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.
    • Draft and post compelling job advertisements for IT positions across multiple platforms.
    • Screen resumes and schedule phone interviews for the senior Recruiters.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Maintain and update candidate records within our applicant tracking system (Lever).

    • Administrative & HR Support

    • Prepare recruitment-related documents, including interview schedules, candidate feedback summaries, offer letters, and onboarding checklists.
    • Track and manage job postings.
    • Provide general administrative assistance to the Recruitment and HR team.

Requirements

    • Previous experience in administrative support or recruitment (particularly IT recruitment) is a plus.
    • Strong interest in IT/tech roles and a good understanding of common IT job titles and functions (e.g., developers, system administrators, network engineers, QA testers).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
    • Proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within recruitment and HR.
