Responsibilities

    • Collect, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams, focusing on CRM-related developments.
    • Work in close collaboration with sales, customer care, product, and IT teams to design and implement a new cloud-based CRM solution.
    • Ensure all technical requirements are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s existing technology stack and capabilities.
    • Act as a key point of contact for the new CRM platform throughout its development, enhancement, and the rollout of new features.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party providers during all stages of development and implementation.
    • Define testing requirements, develop test cases, and manage thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) before the release of new loyalty features or system updates.
    • Analyze and map data flows between systems to guarantee seamless customer and loyalty-related data exchange across various platforms.

Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the CRM development field.
    • Hands-on experience in CRM campaign management and CRM solution development (such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Teradata, Unica, or similar platforms).
    • Strong background in translating business needs into detailed technical specifications.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and recommend effective, practical solutions.
    • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
