Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders with attention to detail
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify and validate business needs
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Support process improvements and ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in system solutions
- Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues related to assigned tasks as needed
- Assist in coordinating testing activities and validating solutions against business requirements
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders during implementation to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record in requirement gathering and analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage but not mandatory
- Knowledge of material master data or related business domains is a plus
- Experience in coordinating testing activities is beneficial
- Strong Microsoft Azure skills, including Azure Networking, Bicep, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Terraform
- Knowledge of containerization, especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Basic understanding of multi-cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
