Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the execution of a multi-phase strategic roadmap, ensuring successful delivery of high-priority initiatives;
- Oversee the development of a new digital application, managing cross-functional teams across UX/UI, frontend, and backend;
- Drive the implementation of a marketing automation platform, ensuring smooth integration with existing B2B systems;
- Manage initiatives related to network expansion and system connectivity for partner and client integrations;
- Coordinate the rollout of finance- and tax-related enhancements and other mid-size process improvements;
- Support later phases of the roadmap, including portal integrations and regional expansions;
- Oversee the implementation of a digital onboarding solution, enabling clients to register, request services, and manage accounts independently;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and initiate innovative digital payment solutions, such as virtual cards for mobile and mobility services;
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with internal business units, IT, and external partners;
- Apply agile project management practices, continuously monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements:
- At least 4–5 years of experience in a similar field;
- Deep understaning of PM methodology, several years of experiance of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid method;
- Project management soft skills, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, conflict management, and an agile mindset;
- Experience in multinational/corporate environment;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong ownership mindset.
