We are seeking an experienced, highly driven Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts and drive business growth in the IT consulting and digital transformation domain. This senior-level role will play a critical part in shaping sales strategy, expanding our market presence, and cultivating executive-level client relationships both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of enterprise IT services, an established industry network, and a strong track record of leading complex B2B sales cycles to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

    • Design and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
    • Identify high-value business opportunities in the domestic and international IT services market, with a focus on mid-to-large enterprises.
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring sustained revenue growth and strategic account acquisition.
    • Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitive benchmarking, industry trends, and customer insights, to guide sales planning and positioning.
    • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle—from initial outreach through negotiation and closing—ensuring excellence at every stage.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, with a demonstrated ability to win and grow enterprise-level accounts
    • In-depth knowledge of IT consulting, software engineering, infrastructure services, and digital transformation
    • Proven experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and complex decision-making processes
    • A well-established network within the IT and technology services sector; existing executive-level client relationships are a strong plus
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; Hungarian proficiency is an advantage
    • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, financial literacy, and a results-oriented mindset
    • Skilled in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
