A leading financial services firm is looking for a Resource Management Specialist to join its growing Budapest office. If you have strong coordination, data management, and communication skills, and would enjoy working in a collaborative, multinational environment — this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage external consultant administration: onboarding, extensions, offboarding
- Liaise with vendors, internal managers, and corporate teams on workforce matters
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and tools
- Prepare reports, support ad-hoc data requests, and suggest process improvements
- Contribute to automation initiatives and data clean-up projects
- Help manage a large external workforce population in collaboration with leadership
Requirements
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate or multinational environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (VBA, Power BI, or Power Query basics are a plus)
- Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Problem-solving abilities with a drive for operational excellence
