Responsibilities:
- Act as a business analyst within cybersecurity transformation projects, managing delivery, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads, change, and delivery managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support cyber assurance activities, ensuring products and initiatives meet required security standards and controls.
- Liaise with security engineering teams to align local technology requirements and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure full end-to-end traceability of business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders across global and local teams, often working across time zones.
- Contribute to enhancing the organisation’s overall cybersecurity posture through structured delivery and assurance practices.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving transformation environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience working on cybersecurity or information security projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
- Experience using project tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or equivalents).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with adaptability to changing priorities.
Advantages:
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Agile Scrum Master, or SAFe POPM.
- Experience in global transformation programmes involving people, process, and technology change.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity assurance and governance best practices.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across different regions or time zones.
- Demonstrated creativity and analytical thinking in complex problem-solving scenarios.
