Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, building trust and fostering long-term strategic partnerships
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s hiring needs, business objectives, and talent challenges to deliver tailored outsourcing solutions
    • Proactively monitor client satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Create and execute client success plans, ensuring measurable results in recruitment and resource delivery
    • Coordinate with internal delivery teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements
    • Anticipate and mitigate risks related to candidate availability, project timelines, and hiring budgets
    • Maintain accurate schedules and track resource utilization across multiple client accounts
    • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including additional staffing or outsourcing services
    • Proactively seek out and qualify new hiring needs from existing and prospective clients
    • Provide market and talent insights to clients, influencing recruitment strategies and workforce planning
    • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction
    • Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs, and hiring performance metrics to client stakeholders
    • Maintain detailed records of client requirements, candidate pipelines, and recruitment activities
    • Support the creation of proposals, contracts, and service agreements for new or expanded engagements

Requirements

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client management, account management, or recruitment outsourcing within enterprise environments
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
    • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and mitigate risks proactively
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
    • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions on time and within budget
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to track metrics, prepare reports, and demonstrate measurable results
    • Proficiency with CRM, ATS, or other recruitment technology platforms, along with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and act on upselling or cross-selling opportunities
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
